Our subscription service is designed in order to streamline your IT and keep your business running efficiently for a flat cost every week. By subscribing, we offer subscriptions for IT devices which your business relies on.

These subscriptions guarantee that we will remotely monitor, maintain, manage and repair your devices for the duration of the subscription. This is IT protection for your business.

When subscribing, we also offer discounts of up to 50% off of our consulting fees, and you’ll have the added benefit of simple subscription costs for the wide range of services which we provide.

Workstation/Laptop:
Cover for the computer(s) that you use in your workspace. Computers that you rely on can experience a whole range of issues which we are dedicated to providing support for. With backup monitoring included you can be sure your computer(s) can recover from disruptions and attacks.**
e.g: Work Computers infected with a virus are covered under this subscription.

Server:
Servers are a key part of every business, which is why we’re happy to offer expertise in managing, maintaining and repairing servers of all kinds. With backup monitoring included and our expertise in server management, you can be sure your server(s) are safe and secure.
e.g: Business critical applications (e.g MYOB, Oasis, CRM applications) are covered under this subscription.

Printers are important for every business, which is why we offer support for maintaining and repairing printers under this printer subscription.
e.g: Printers printing out with the wrong settings are covered under our printer subscription.

Windows 10 Upgrade Advice

In general we will always advise to continue with the operating system installed when your computer was new.  i.e. If the PC has a Windows 7 sticker on the front stay with Windows 7.

We have a new tool on our downloads page called Never 10, this tool is from GRC and will keep your Windows 7 or Windows 8.1 PC at it’s current version avoiding the automatic Windows 10 upgrade.
