We have been notified of a hardware failure that may be affecting some of our customers connecting to the internet with Exetel. The problem was first identified 4pm 17th May and is due to be resolved at noon 20.05.13. However we are aware that the problem may still be persisting (as of 08:45hrs 21.05.13).

At this stage there is no need to make any changes to your modem or router. Please leave your network devices connected as normal. This issue should resolve itself without intervention.
