This area is for supportedge clients seeking assistance with their computers. In order to gain remote access, we use a tool called Zoho Assist. Our support technicians will talk you through the process of connecting to your computer, all you will need to do is enter a few numbers provided by the support technician and then they will be able to access your computer. Please call us if you do need support, as this is only a tool used to gain access to your computer.

In rare cases, our main “Remote Help” button may not work for the technical aspects of your computer. We’ve prepared this Support Console as an alternative just in case our first method doesn’t work. Unfortunately this alternative does not work on the most recent MAC OSX updates, so please advise our technicians if you are on a MAC as this method most likely will not work.
